Purchase of Raymond 5400 Series 24 Volt Order Picker for Cherry Point, NC:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  The solicitation number SP4703-11-Q-0107 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).  Partial quotes will not be accepted. This acquisition is unrestricted.  This is a brand-name acquisition and the Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition is attached.  However, any interested contractor may contact the Contract Specialist for any questions or additional information. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423830.  The small business size standard is 100 employees.  This is a firm fixed-price award.  Inspection/Acceptance and FOB at destination.

This requirement is to purchase Raymond 5400 "AC" Series 24 Volt Order Picker for operation at Marine Corp Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point, North Carolina.  List of equipment to be purchased is as follows:
