Request for Bids documents may be obtained on the Milwaukie Bid Management System, http://bids.milwau kieoregon.gov/. Proposers are required to login (at no cost) in order to access the bid documents. Bids will be submitted via email at [email protected] or in a sealed envelope at the Milwaukie Community Devel opment Department Office until 12:30 p.m. on January 31, 2020.
