Bidders are strongly encouraged to check the County’s website routinely for updates. The County of Loudoun, Virginia (County), is soliciting bids from qualified nutrient mitigation banks for the purchase of approximately 3.06 pounds of perpetual phosphorous credits. The credits will provide compensatory mitigation for the proposed impacts of Waxpool Road and Loudoun County Parkway Project. The impacts are located within the Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC) identified in the chart below. The exact number of nutrient credits purchased will be at the sole discretion of the County based on the nutrient mitigation requirements established by the County of Loudoun during its site plan approval process and the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ).
