The County of Loudoun, Virginia (County), is soliciting quotes from qualified nutrient mitigation banks for the purchase of approximately 2.03 pounds (2.03 lbs.) of perpetual phosphorous credits. The impacts are located within the Middle Potomac River Watershed, Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC) 02070010. The credits will provide compensatory mitigation for the proposed permanent impacts resulting from the land development located at the Ariana and Hammond Center 43350 and 43360 John Mosby Highway, Chantilly, Virginia 20152.
