Amendment is issued to respond to questions recieved as a reult of subject RFQ announcement.  The questions and responses are provided as an attachment.

Please note that if an offeror is not able to bid on an item, becuase the item is not available or has become obsolete, please annotate this on the  quote.

In addition, the Deployable Antenna Kit Motorola PN: RDG4436 may not be available based on comments from potential offerors. If the item is obsolete or not available for pricing prior to bid closing date, a suitable substitute for the originally specified Deployable Antenna Kit is Motorola PN: RDD5282 or equal.  if  bidding on the substitute item please also annotate this on your quote.  In addition, if bidding on an or equal item for any of the items requested, please also identify this on your quote. In addition, the offeror has the responsibility to provide all documentations, specifications etc to validate that their proposed or equal items are bonafide or equals. These documents must be provided as part of the quote by the stated due date and time.

The governemnt reserves the right to make an award on an all or none basis or to make multiple awards, as a result of quotes received in response to this requirement.
