This is strictly an administrative amendment for reporting puroses only. The purpose of this amendment is to clarify and correct the Recovery and Reinvestment Act Field.  The correct answer to that question is NO.  This IS NOT a Recovery and Reinvestment Act Action.

The notice closed on May 29, 2015 at 12:00pm EST.  This Amendment does not re-open the original notice and all terms and conditions of the notice remain unchanged.
