The U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO) seeks other than full and open competition and intends to conduct a sole source award for the purchase of Fuji Plate Maker Consumables for the Fuji Saber VX9600 Platesetter to Fujifilm North America Corporation, 850 Central Avenue, Hanover Park, IL 60133.  Fujifilm North America Corporation is the manufacturer of the Fuji Plate Maker Consumables and has proprietary rights on the sale and distribution of its consumables.  The Fuji Saber VX9600 is located John C. Stennis Center, Secured Production Facility, 9101 Leonard Kimble Road, Stennis Space Center, MS 39529.    

 Under the authority of Citation: 41 U.S.C. 5(3) - Pursuant to Materials Management Acquisition Regulation (MMAR) Part 6.302-1(c) "Brand Name', sole source when only one source of supplies is available. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers.  A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.  Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.  All responses shall be sent to Senior Contracting Officer Bobbie L.
