The Defense Information Technology Contracting Office (DITCO) Europe/PL512 intends to issue a combined synopsis/solicitation for USAFRICOM to purchase IDA Pro software licenses and Hex-Rays Decompiler software licenses as stated in the attached in solicitation.  This annoucment constitutes as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from any contractor able to provide the exact items described within the solicititation list. 

This award will be firm-fixed price.  All applicable clauses can be found in the attached document labeled HC1021-13-T-0004. 

SAM/CCR Requirement - Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (formerly Central Contractor Registeration (CCR)) database before an award can be made to them.  If the offeror is not registered in SAM, it may do so through the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
