Requirement

Bagram Regional Contracting Center (BRCC) is looking to procure a CAIRS TMS along with installation and follow-on support. Contractor will be required to travel to Bagram AF, Afghanistan to install the system and train personnel.

Additional Information

The anticipated contract type is Firm-Fixed Price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334290, Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing. The successful contractor will be selected utilizing the evaluation factor of lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). If the lowest priced proposal is found to be unacceptable, the next lowest priced offer will be reviewed, and so on, until one is found to be technically acceptable. To be found technically acceptable the offer must meet all of the specifications listed in the solicitation.
