The County of Loudoun, Virginia (County), is soliciting quotes from qualified nutrient mitigation banks for the purchase of approximately 1.04 pounds (1.04 lbs.) of perpetual phosphorous credits. The impacts are located within the Middle Potomac River Watershed, Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC) 02070008. The credits will provide compensatory mitigation for the proposed impacts of replacing two existing grass fields with artificial turf and their associated site improvements.
