Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) intends to use this Competitive Solicitation to solicit and evaluate competitive bids, as set forth herein, to award three (3) contracts for a Pup Trailer (8-10 yard). This Solicitation will be based on firm fixed price and best value. The contract term is for nine (9) years.
