USDA-ARS Pullman, WA has TWO (2) requirements at 4153 Albion Rd, Pullman, WA 99163.

1.        This requirement is to place a single level flooring in the Rain Tower on the PCFS farm in Pullman, WA.  A partial flooring already exists and is not needed to be modified.  The remaining flooring needs to be leveled so that there is a single level floor running side-to-side and end-to-end  in the existing structure.  Additional supports will/may be required to support a 4,000lb load at any point in the building.  The total area of floor is  9.5 ft X 31 ft .    Center of area has already been retrofitted to our satisfaction.  On each side of the center of the floor is a   2 foot wide strip 31 feet long that needs to be raised to match existing floor level   (approximately 3 inches)    In addition to this there  is an area  in the back of the garage of  approximately  5.5 ft  X 9.5 ft  that will need to  raised  rehabilitated.  Flooring needs to be grated so water can go through to the lower level.  NAICS 236220

2.       Asphalt repair:  Repair existing cracks in the asphalt driveway that is approximately 660ft by about 320ft.  Also sealed with a coating to prevent future damage to the asphalt.  Main road to the area will need to be left open during work (only half of the road may be closed at any one time). NAICS 238990

Offer may be submitted for one or both of these projects.  Please submit offers as two separate requirements.  Award will be made to one interested party for both projects or as two separate parties for individual projects.  Each offer will be evaluated separately and awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable for each of the two projects.

Offers must contain proposed work to be done:  including timeline to complete, proposed materials used, detailed description of how work will be done, and design for the Rain Tower Floor.
