Headquarters, Air Force Personnel Center (HQ AFPC) is seeking interested publishers capable of producing a commercial enterprise publication twice a year and provide distribution targeted specifically to nearly 800,000 Air Force retirees and surviving spouses. Publication will be of no cost to AFPC as publisher will sell advertising to cover production/distribution costs. AFPC will provide editorial content. This Request for Information (RFI) is for market research purposes only. The government is not liable for any costs and/or activity associated with providing a response to this RFI. This RFI does not constitute an invitation for a request for proposal (RFP) or a request for a quotation (RFQ), nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the United States Air Force.
