The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Notify all interested vendors that due to the volume of questions, the Questions and Answers will be posted by October 12, 2023.

2. The quotation due date has been extended to October 31, 2023, 2:00PM EST.

3. The receiving email for all offers has been changed.  Offers shall be submitted via email to [email protected] by 2:00PM EST, 31 October 2023.  Offers submitted to [email protected] will not be accepted.

Amendment 00001

The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Extend the quotation due date to Friday, 15 September 2023, 2:00PM EST. 
2. Notify interested parties that GLS has received all questions and is currently working to answer them. GLS will still be releasing the Q&A amendment to the public on SAM.gov once all questions have been addressed.

The Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (GLS) is issuing a Request for Quote for a support services provider (the Contractor) to create products that will augment the Corporation’s public relations function. Specifically, the role for the Contractor will be to support our efforts to educate the public, including our stakeholder community, on issues related to the Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway System, and to assist in producing materials promoting trade and passenger travel throughout the Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway System. Products will include brochures, videos, trade related advertisements (digital and print), and promotional items for distribution at transportation and trade events.

GLS intends to award a Time and Materials (T&M) contract in accordance with (IAW) the subject Request for Quote (RFQ).
