The State of Montana, State Procurement Bureau is issuing this Request for Proposal on behalf of the Department of Transportation (MDT). MDT is currently accepting proposals from Offerors interested in a term contract for assisting with MDT's enhanced public involvement processes associated with highway construction projects.
