The subject premises is located within the Hackensack Meadowlands District’s Regional Commercial zone and Environmental Conservation zone. The use variance is sought in connection with the applicant’s proposal to construct a 775,000-square-foot warehouse building with associated major site improvements at the subject premises within the portion of the property located in the Regional Commercial zone.
