ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS APSO COURTHOUSE RENOVATION 828 S Irma Boulevard, Gonzales, LA 70737 Sealed bids will be received by the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office, not later than 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 12, 2021; at the following address: Ascension Parish Sheriff Office 828 S Irma Boulevard Gonzales, LA 70737 All contractors are required to attend a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference which will be held at two (2) o’clock p.m. on August 2, 2021 at Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office, 828 S Irma Boulevard, Gonzales, LA 70737. The architect/owner reserves the right to reject the bid submitted by any contractor who fails to attend the Pre-Bid Conference. Copies of Specifications, Bid Documents, Contract Documents and Construction Plans for use in preparing Bids may be obtained from Domain Architecture, 8316 Kelwood Ave, Baton Rouge, LA 70806. A plan deposit of $150.00 is required for each set of complete bidding documents requested. No partial sets will be issued. If mailed sets are requested, add $30.00 non-refundable charge for each set for postage and handling. Preliminary bid information may also be obtained via www.CentralBidding.com. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, his / her address, contractor’s state license number and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted.
