In accordance with FAR 12.603(c)(2): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FY21-F3UUPS0323AW01 – PTP 700 Radios, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-01.
QUOTE INFORMATION
Quotes shall be submitted via email to SrA Elijah Clay prior to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation due date. Late quotes may be accepted only at the Contracting Officer’s discretion.
Quotes must include (at a minimum)
1. A completed Request for Quote 
2. Completed “Attachment 2 – PTP 700 Radios Item List”
3. Information on contractor provided warranty
4. Completed “Attachment 4 – Section 889 Compliance (FAR 52.204-24)
Quotes that do not include the above information may be accepted at the Contracting Officers discretion.

Prince Sultan Air Base, KSA plans to acquire the following project: PTP 700 Radios
The RFQ is for the purchase of PTP 700 Radios products for use at Prince Sultan Air Base. Failure to quote on all items may render the quote unacceptable and ineligible for award consideration. Shipping will either be done through a military consolidation point, or some other transportation avenue. Contractors may utilize a different CLIN structure than the one annotated below. Please use Attachment 2 – PTP 700 Radios Item List for the full item list in which you will need to input your prices into.
