The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential quoters for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Healthcare Service Purchase Order for a PT Psychologist to provide 416 hours of services approximately one day per week at the Fort Yates PHS, IHS Hospital in Fort Yates, North Dakota. The period of performance will be from October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011. The Contractor shall perform according to the Statement of Work. The unit price is an all inclusive cost which is to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state and local taxes, plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of the purchase order.
