The purpose of this proposed BPA is to obtain a Psychologist to perform psychological evaluations in the Washington, DC metro area on Federal employees in which fitness for duty or the potential for danger to themselves or to other employees is of concern. These evaluations will include a face to face interview, psychological testing at the discretion of the incumbent, and timely submission of a report of the conclusions of the evaluation to Federal Occupational Health. Examinations may take place at the incumbentââ¬â¢s office or at Federal facilities. On a less frequent basis, the incumbent may be asked to review written materials on other employees around the country to give opinions on fitness for duty and potential danger. The incumbent will be expected to testify at legal proceedings, if required, relative to these evaluations. There is no guaranteed minimum level of work under these contracts. These are not full-time government employment positions. Individuals who provide these services work as independent contractors to the federal government.
