The Mission and Installation contracting command (MICC) - Fort Knox, KY intends to post a solicitation for Psychological Services for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC), Fort Knox, Kentucky on the beta.SAM website at https://beta.sam.gov on or about June 28, 2021.  The solicitation will be limited to eligible 8(a) participants.  The applicable NAICS code is 621330 and the size standard is $8,000,000.00.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary for three Psychologists and three Psychology Assistants to provide internal and occupational clinical behavioral health, and leader support and training to the Commanders and Soldiers within USAREC.  The Contractor shall provide services with the ultimate goal of performance enhancement  and improved resiliency within USAREC while meeting the organizational and behavioral healthcare needs of the Command and the Integrated Leader Development Program. Contractor personnel shall, in conjunction with the Office of the Command  psychologist (OCP), identify factors that negatively affect desired organizational culture; advise and train leaders to identify signs of stress and subsequent appropriate leader actions; implement and recommend unit behavioral health initiatives that culminate in proactive measures creating a positive and safe environment for Soldiers and their Families; and implement the Integrated Leader Development Program. Positions may be added, deleted, or subject to relocation based upon government/mission requirements. As the Brigade Psychologist positions are identified to be held by military personnel, the contractor will be given a 30-day notification of assignment of a military psychologist and released after a 60-day transition period, unless they can be placed into another open position.

The RFQ will be posted to the betaSAM website at https://beta.sam.gov on our about June 28, 2021.  This date is subject to change.  All amendments to the solicitation will likewise be posted to the betaSAM website.  Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments.  Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted.
