The Department of Administration (DOA), Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS), on behalf of the Wisconsin Department of Veteran's Affairs (WDVA), Wisconsin Veterans Home at King (WVH-K), requests Bids for the purchase of Psychological Services and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract.
