The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA)/Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) is conducting market research to determine the interest and extent to which businesses are capable of providing psychological services at DDESS PR Antilles Middle School (AMS) and Antilles High School (AHS), Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico for the period of performance beginning October 1, 2014 to December 19, 2014.
This is a Sources Sought announcement only for purposes of conducting market research. There is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. The Government will not reimburse any concern for any information that is submitted in response to this Sources Sought request. Any information submitted is voluntary. The DDESS is considering a single-award. The type of contract will be determined after evaluation of market research. The primary anticipated North American Industrial Classification System code (NAICS) for this acquisition will be 621330 (Offices of Mental Health Practitioners). Interested businesses are invited to review the attached "draft" Performance Work Statement (PWS) which details the requirement. Please submit your capabilities demonstrating ability to successfully perform the requirements and your business status/size (large, small, small disadvantaged, 8a, woman owned, service disabled veteran, Hub Zone or any other socio-economic group for NAICS 621330. All interested businesses are required to already be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and respond to this sources sought announcement via email by September 19, 3:00PM Eastern. Responses must include company point of contact information. The information provided in response to this sources sought will be used to determine the procurement approach for this requirement.
