The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT or DOT), through its Purchasing Unit (Purchasing), requests bids to establish a contract to conduct pre-employment Law Enforcement Psychological Evaluations of applicants for certified law enforcement officer positions for the State of Wisconsin. All job applicants for certified law enforcement officer positions who have been given conditional offers of employment must be evaluated prior to any final decision to hire is made.
