The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract from qualified and licensed vendors for remote administration of psychoeducational assessments for students in Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS). The successful proposer must have the ability to provide qualified and experienced staff, as needed, to perform the necessary assessments to meet the requirements of the special education child-find evaluation / eligibility and re-evaluation / eligibility process. The award may be made to more than one vendor if it is in the best interest of MCPS to do so.
