Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is soliciting cost proposals from qualified health professionals to provide subcontracted medical services to Job Corps Students (16-24 yrs old) at the Clearfield Job Corps Center. The health professional proposals will include, OB/GYN Physician, Psychiatrist, Dental, and Optometry. MTC's subcontract for these services will be awarded for the base term period covering July 1, 2010 to  March 31, 2011 and April 1, 2011 to March 31, 2012 with three (1 Year) pre-priced option years. Bid closing date for all associated services is: April 9, 2010 @ 12:00 noon (MST). Job Corps is a national training and employment program administered by the U.S. Department of Labor. Â
