The government requires Commercial Elevator Maintenance & Inspection Services to be performed for Pacific Southwest Research Station (PSW) Redwood Sciences Laboratory, Arcata, CA (1700 Bayview Dr. Arcata, CA 95521) to be performed in accordance with Attachment 01 - Statement of Work.

The resultant contract will contain a one-year Base plus four (4) additional one-year term options.
