Skanska USA Building, Inc, has been selected by Portland State University as the GC/CM for the Interior Renovations of SRTC Building on the Portland State University Campus in Portland, Oregon. The project is located at 1719 SW 10th Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97201. The project consists of selective demolition and interior renovations of the existing Science Research and Teaching Center (SRTC) Building, including laboratories, classrooms and support spaces. Scope of work also includes renovation at the existing Center for Electron Microscopy and Nanofabrication (CEMN) renovation in Cramer Hall. Selection Process: This Request for Bid (RFB) is for the procurement of Subcontractor Services in a Lump Sum form of Agreement. The intent is to select a Subcontractor that provides best value to the Project Team in the areas of Overall Price. The Bidder shall provide a complete response that is in conformance with this RFB and demonstrates all of the above. Selection will be based upon RFB conformance and overall best value.
