The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure one Tactical TSCM Kit (TTK) which is in a small deployment ready package. This Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) survey equipment is a portable “bug” sweep kit. Included with this package is a MESA 2.0, ANDRE, ORION 2.4 HX CMA-100 and a thermal imager. This is a no substitute bid for the TSCM kit and accessories listed in the specification.
