The Division of Occupational Safety and Health Cal OSHA Process Safety Management Unit (Cal OSHA PSM) is a state government agency whose function is to enforce California Code of Regulations Title 8 relating to the health and safety of employees working in petroleum refineries and chemical facilities covered under the California Code of Regulations Title 8 Process Safety Management (PSM) sections. The purpose of this "Invitation for Bid" (IFB) is to seek a training provider to train PSM Staff on the various concepts. The training will be in-person to be conducted in California with an option for each module to be delivered online due to in-person training restrictions
