PROJECT DESCRIPTION / OWNER's INTENT The Project is at the Hennepin County Public Safety Facility located at 401 S 4th Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55415. Project generally includes, but is not limited to the replacement existing floor, wall, and ceiling finishes of select shower compartments throughout the holding area of the Public Safety Facility.
