1.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION / OWNER INTENT The PSF Fencing Project constructs an 8' high decorative steel fence with the goal of being able to cordon off the main public entrance of the facility facing the intersection of 4th Ave South and South 5th Street. Fence will have clear openings at both ends of the plaza. For additional security, movable panels act as gates which can be closed to prevent access. Custom modular components with a decorative pattern and solar panel lighting at kiosks are intended to create an amenity for this busy urban street corner.
