The Department Of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract award on a noncompetitive basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) "Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" to The College Entrance Examination Board, 45 Columbus Ave New York, NY 10023-6917 The service is to provide PSAT and PSAT 8-9 tests and score reports. PSC is U099, NAICS Code is 611691, and Size standard is $14 Million.

The sole source determination is based upon The College Entrance Examination Board being the only source able to complete to provide PSAT and PSAT 8-9 tests and score reports.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for proposals. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
