The Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code (Sections 20500 et seq.) which provides non-potable water, farm drainage, and power services to the lower southeastern portion of California's desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified consultants/organizations to provide irrigation and operational consulting services for the completed portion of the IID Managed Marsh Complex (MMC). Development and operation of the MMC is required under IID's mitigation requirements for the Water Transfer Project and associated permits and authorizations.
