This will be a firm fixed priced effort to provide all tools, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and supervision necessary to complete the project at the 482 MSG/PK located at Homestead ARB, Florida 33039.

Notice: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

A site visit will be held on 05/04/2020 beginning at 9:00am.  Attendees are required to register by emailing both [email protected] and [email protected] no later than 05/01/2020. Late registration will not be allowed.  There shall be no more than two (2) registered parties per contractor.  On date of site visit and upon arrival to the gate contact Caroline Salazar at 786-415-7053 or Reinaldo Mare at 786-415-7406 (at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time) for an escort to the meeting location. 

We strongly recommend the contractor visit the site to determine the complexity of the work and the amount of material required for this project. Field measurements may be necessary to determine the size and quantity of the materials.

*Due to COVID19 strict DoD guidance shall be followed during the site visit.  Additional information can be found on the “site visit memo” that further defines the screening process upon entry to the gate and the use of Cloth Face Coverings. 

Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov). An award cannot be made to a contractor not registered.
