The Office of Naval Intelligence intends to negotiate solely as prescribed in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b)(i), with Atlas Technologies Incorporated, 830 Juniper Crescent, Chesapeake, Virginia 23320. The contractor shall provide computer hardware and integration in accordance with specifications accredited by the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System (CENTRIXS) Program Office. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or solicitation. This is a special notice to notify the general public of the Government's intensions that the Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), sole source contract to with Atlas Technologies Incorporated. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 519190 and the size standard is $27.5M. All responses received within ten (10) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
