The Senior Service College Fellowship provides board-selected leadership and acquisition management training for Acquisition Corps members at the GS-14 level and above. The education and training program covers the competency areas of leading change, leading people, results driven, business acumen, building coalitions, and enterprise-wide perspective. As senior government Program Managers (PM) and Acquisition Professionals (AP) representing the Department of Defense (DoD) to industry and foreign nations, it is important that these officials have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of protocol and etiquette. They have direct impact on the Department of Defense (DoD) weapon systems, combat capability and national security. It is therefore essential that these senior officials be proficient in presenting themselves with a positive image to successfully fulfill their missions and responsibility to the nation.
