The National Institutes on Drug Abuse (NIDA) on behalf of the National Institutes on Aging (NIA) has a requirement for Proteomics Assays to include (12) 2DE (DIGE gels including cy dyes); (6) 2DE with silver stain or coomassie blue stain; (12) 2DE data analysis and image analysis; (2) Dephosphorylation experiments; (2)Deglycosylation experiments; (110) MALDI TOF MS gel spots; (12) LC MS MS (LTQ Orbitrao LCMSMS) with data analysis; (12)iTRAQ quantitative Mass Spec determinations; (12) iTRAQ data analysis
