Amendment #3 to the Markley Cove Prospectus

On May 13, 2016, the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) posted a Prospectus for commercial services operation of lodging, food service, marina, boat rentals, and retail sales at Markley Cove at Lake Berryessa, Napa, California.

This Amendment to that Prospectus makes the following change:

Reclamation received a request for extension prior to the expiration of the open bid period, but was unable to address the request because of the July 4th holiday. Upon consideration, Reclamation has approved an extension to the bid period. The due date and time for any bids has been changed from 5:00 pm Pacific time July 1 to 4:00 pm Pacific time July 19, 2016.
