1. The Table of Required and Authorized Services For Berryessa Point included in the Draft Concession Contract Section 2.3(Part 6 of the Prospectus) was incomplete. A correct and complete table is attached on Page 2 of this Amendment, including the Facilities/Infrastructure and Parking categories that were omitted in the original. A correct version of this table was included as table 2-4 in the July 2015, Lake Berryessa Concession Infrastructure Design Basis of Design Report included in Amendment 1 to the Prospectus; and

2. Part 4 (Section O.2) of the Prospectus and Part 6 of the Prospectus (Section 4.E of the Draft Concession Contract) identified a remediation site at Monticello Shores and identified that there were restrictions on use at that location. Reclamation has recently been provided with additional information regarding the status of the remediation site and necessary actions to close the site to further regulatory oversight. Further description of the remediation site and updates to restrictions on use is provided on the pages 3 and 4 of this Amendment.
