The Cibola National Forest is beginning the process to issue a Prospectus for the Capulin Snow Play Area (SPA) Concession Special Use Permit. Capulin SPA is located just off of New Mexico Highway 536 on the Sandia Ranger District. This prospectus also offers additional opportunities through the optional use of Capulin Picnic Area during the winter operating season and sale of approved items.Please refer to the link below.
