City of Moline Parks and Recreation Department Paint Prospect Park Pavilion and Gazebo Invitation The Moline Park and Recreation Department will receive sealed bids for the provision of labor and materials necessary to paint the Pavilion and Gazebo at Prospect Park, Moline IL. A pre-proposal meeting will be held at Prospect Park Pavilion, 16th Street and 30th Avenue, Moline, IL on Thursday, July 9, 2020 at 10:00 AM. Bids may be hand carried or mailed, and will be received at the Park office, 3635 4th Avenue, Moline, IL 61265 until 10:00 AM, Wednesday, July 15, 2020, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. The Moline Park and Recreation Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all portions of the proposals and to waive formalities, as its best interest may require.
