The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with X-Ways Software Technology; Agrippastr, 37-39, 5076 Cologne, Germany for the purpose of funding two training courses in the United States.  Based on market research and Government experts in the field, it has been determined that only this training can be facilitated by X-Ways Software Technology due to proprietary and configuration access.

The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.  Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of:  Amy Lacy, email address: [email protected] by Thursday, January 12, 2012 (10:00 am Eastern).  Emailed responses will only be considered.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.  A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
