The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with (small business) HB Gary Federal; 3604 Fair Oaks Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95864 for the acquisition of  one (1) two (2) day onsite training.  Based on extensive market research and Government experts in the field, it has been determined that only this training can be provided by HBGary due to proprietary purposes. 

The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.  Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of:  Amy Lacy, email address: [email protected] by Thursday, June 30, 2011 (2:00 pm Eastern).  Emailed responses will only be considered.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.  A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
