Proposal Submittal: May 27, 2021 at 2:00PM, MARTA Annex Contract No./Title: RFP P48464 - Procurement of Property and Casualty Insurance Brokerage Services Description: MARTA is seeking Proposals from Firms to provide a professional full-service Insurance Broker as a “Broker of Record.” The Broker must be licensed and authorized to transact business in the State of Georgia by the State of Georgia Insurance Commissioner’s Office. The purpose of the “Broker of Record” service is to obtain insurance quotations on MARTA’s purchased insurance contracts including; but not limited to, property (primary and excess), liability (primary and excess), bonds (fidelity, surety), crime, excess workers’ compensation, cyber liability and all liability and property coverages that are associated with large construction projects including Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) and Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP). Services provided will include, but not be limited to, the review and analysis of any additional coverages; alternative risk financing programs and miscellaneous evolving risk transfer/insurance coverage as the exposure or need may arise during the contract.
