Question: On CLIN 0002, Is the Government expecting offerors to provide an estimated repair value (despite not having any information on what may or may not be damaged internally to the engine), or only stated labor rates?

Answer: CLIN 0002 is a Time and Material type line item. The vendor is to include the appropriate labor categories and their labor rates. The labor and materials will be invoiced in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.6 and FAR clause 52.216-31
