The County of Mercer is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of promotional items for various using agencies. The County of Mercer shall award multiple contracts to vendors who are deemed responsive and responsible as per N.J.S.A 40:11-1 and N.J.A.C 5:34.The award will be based on the lowest unit cost for each item. Contract shall be awarded for a period of one (1) year with an option to extend one (1) year. Vendors are only required to provide pricing for line items they can be provide to the County within specifications.
