The Georgia Educational Savings Authority is seeking electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP or RFP) to establish a contract with a qualified contractor to provide an electronic application platform and services for the Georgia Promise Scholarship Program. The Georgia Department of Administrative Services (DOAS), State Purchasing Division, is providing administrative support to GESA. Please note GESA is not subject to the State Purchasing Act and, therefore, the Georgia Procurement Manual is not applicable to this RFP. This eRFP is being issued to solicit proposals for a secure, electronic platform for interactive applications and a fiscal management and payment system that includes acceptance and denial of applications, enrollment confirmation with schools, pre-approval of funds, disbursement of funds and monitoring of funds. This Platform will be utilized by families, schools, and GESA staff to process applications and provide a fiscal management and payment system for the Georgia Promise Scholarship Program (the Program).
