This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this request. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation parts 12 and 13. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is issuing this acquisition as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under solicitation number LDQ003694. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 325414 - Biological Product (except Diagnostic) Manufacturing.

The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. Only Brand name items will be accepted. The FBI is in the process of testing alternative products and requires this product to ensure that it confirms to Regulation, Statute, and Internal Procedural guidelines that are currently in use to ensure continuing operational capability.
