This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005.

The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: Hardware Support for Compaq Proliant Servers Support. Please see enclosed equipment listing. Brand name required. Support must include "Secure Disc" option and service calls for items not under contract must be honored. Also note the current coverage is 24x7x4 you must be able to meet the required deadline (time) at the required locations.
